Some of the hardest workers around, they are dedicated to providing the greatest services and products available.

Our Team
Rick & rOBIN Nation
Rick & Robin are owners of Natco Development. They started the business in 2001 to provide the best concrete construction services in town. Their son & daughter in law run all operations on the day to day.
Joe Nation
Joe is a Co-Owner of Natco he is an estimator and sees all operations from start to finish. His knowledge of concrete construction ensures we provide the best results! His iron horse work ethic gets the job done as quickly as possible with no sacrifice in quality.
Jessica Nation
Jessica joined our team in June of 2014. She is the Natco office manager, keeping everything in order in the office so our guys can focus on providing the best services to our clients in the field.
Marc Schaaf
Marc has been a part of our crew since 2005. Marc is one of our form setters & lead finishers. He is a hard worker with a smile on his face, always.
Chelle Jensen
Chelle is a Foreman & Estimator for our company, she is a crew leader seeing jobs over from start to finish. Chelle joined our team in August of 2013. She’s a great asset to our crew, we can count on her for pretty much any task put in front of her.
troy blue
Troy joined our crew in 2015. Troy is a lead finisher. His knowledge in concrete is top notch. We are happy to have Troy on our crew.
joe laird
Joe is our dump truck driver. Joe also known as “Laird” makes sure all equipment and tools are in good working order for our crew too!
brad kumm
Brad, previous owner of Concrete Unlimited. Is now with our crew, since 2017. Brad is an estimator, making sure your project is done right.
tim molitor
Tim joined our crew in 2015. Tim’s concrete construction knowledge doesn’t get forgotten. He’s a great asset to our crew.
howard porter
Howard also joined our crew in 2017. Howard’s a hard-working finisher. We can always counter on him to be there when needed.
david singleton
David has been part of our team since 2018. David is one of our concrete finishers. We can count on David to show up and lay down some mud.
misty johnson
Misty, new to our office, joined us in May of 2021. She is always helping out in the office on anything that needs complete. She’s been a great addition to our office.
kenzi nation
Kenzi, straight out of high school joined our family business in 2019. Kenzi has excelled in everything she’s put her mind to. Kenzi is our social media lead and becoming a huge part of our finishing crew.
Robert stogsdill
Robert, new to our crew, since August of 2021. Robert is a concrete finisher that is skilled in every level of concrete construction. We are glad to have him on our crew.
